I’m Dr. Natashya Falcone, a biomedical scientist, researcher and integrative health practitioner passionate about understanding the science behind human health and translating it into meaningful, real-world applications.
My scientific career began in biomedical research, with a focus on biomaterials, drug delivery, tissue engineering and translational medicine. Through this work, I’ve helped develop new therapeutic strategies and contributed to research aimed at moving scientific discoveries closer to clinical application.
Over time, my curiosity expanded beyond the laboratory. I became increasingly interested in how nutrition, metabolism, movement, sleep and stress interact with the biological processes I had spent years studying. I started wanting to go from treating cancer to preventing it. That curiosity led me to pursue additional training in integrative health and functional blood chemistry analysis, while my work in nutrition, clinical research and cosmetic science has allowed me to explore health from several different scientific perspectives.
Today, my work brings these worlds together. Whether I’m conducting research, evaluating scientific evidence, designing clinical studies, educating others or helping someone better understand their own health data, my approach is the same: start with the science, understand the mechanisms and use that knowledge to make health information more meaningful.
